The CLUTCH Index measures the six conditions that determine whether a team holds together under pressure or fractures when it matters most: Culture, Leadership, Unity, Trust, Clarity and Heart.
It is built on more than 25 years of leadership and culture work across three high-stakes arenas: the Royal Australian Navy, including active service deployments and missions with partner nations; the Richmond Football Club’s AFLW program through its first five seasons; and executive teams across Australian and US business and sport, including Prokick Australia. No other diagnostic is built by someone who has watched teams hold together or fracture in active military service, on the elite sporting field and in the boardroom. That pattern recognition is distilled into 30 statements, and it takes about eight minutes to see where your team stands.
