Liz has an extensive background in team sports at all levels as well as over 20 years in the military. She has built and led teams throughout her professional career and led the Richmond Football Club's AFLW Culture and Leadership program for its first five seasons.
Liz is a graduate of the BHP AFL Women's Coaching Academy, which sees participants take part in a 12-month program to expedite their development as coaches. As part of this program, Liz completed the National AFL Level 3 Coaching Accreditation Course.
Liz is also the Performance Coach for Prokick Australia, the most successful college football specialist-placement program in the world. She has been invited to provide culture and leadership advice to elite and semi- elite sporting teams, military teams and large businesses all over Australia.
