Liz Quinn spent five seasons as the AFLW Culture and Leadership Coach at Richmond Football Club, building the program from the ground up during a formative period for women's football in Australia and working alongside some of the most talented players and leaders the game has produced.

Liz has served for over 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy, including multiple active deployments and joint missions with partner nations. She has led people in genuinely high-stakes environments, not just studied what that looks like from the outside.

Liz designs and delivers bespoke leadership programs for corporate organisations and sporting teams. She has worked with AG Coombs — one of Australia's leading building services engineering firms — as a member of their Diversity and Inclusion committee and as designer and lead facilitator of their annual Women in Leadership program. She has also worked extensively with Prokick Australia, which prepares elite Australian athletes for college football in the United States.

Liz is a graduate of the BHP AFL Women's Coaching Academy and holds the National AFL Gold (Level 3) Coaching Accreditation.
